At SwaralCakes Bakery, every cake is baked fresh to order using finest ingredients. If your cake arrives damaged or differs substantially from your chosen flavour or design, please notify us within 2 hours of delivery with photos, and we will issue a full replacement or refund.
Standard cake orders can be cancelled up to 4 hours before the scheduled delivery window for a 100% full refund. Customized designer or multi-tier cakes require cancellation at least 24 hours prior.
Refunds are credited directly back to the original payment method (UPI / Bank / Card) within 3-5 business days.
